The Development Center for People with Disabilities is a state service organization that supports children and adults with disabilities through social rehabilitation services. Its mission is to provide individualized, lifestyle-oriented assistive products, promote early and active participation, build independent living skills, support families, and deliver health education. By doing so, the center helps persons with disabilities live productive lives and participate in society on an equal basis with others.
