International Competition Network (ICN) and Taiwan Fair Trade Commission (TFTC) jointly organized “2024 Merger Workshop” on November 13-15 in Taipei, Taiwan.The Anti-Monopoly Agency (AMA), a government implementing agency of Mongolia, sent its delegates, Mr.O.Batmunkh, a standing member and state inspector of AMA and Ms.M.Davaajargal, a specialist of the Competition Regulation and Market Research Department of AMA to the workshop.
The workshop allowed the representatives of public and private organizations and law firms from various countries to discuss and exchange experiences on their respective country’s policy and challenges in enforcing merger, which our delegates found excessively beneficial and accumulated great experiences in the result.
