The First International Olympiad of Artificial Intelligence was held on August 9-14, 2024 in Burgas, Bulgaria. The Mongolian team represented the country and was awarded a silver medal.
The Ministry of Electronic Development, Innovation and Communications congratulates the students who made history as the first medalists in the First International Olympiad of Artificial Intelligence and wishes them great success in their studies.
The purpose of the Olympiad is to develop students' critical thinking, improve their scientific and practical knowledge, give them an understanding of the wide opportunities in the field of information technology, and openly discuss ethical issues related to artificial intelligence.
More than 200 students from all over the world participated in the Olympiad. The International Olympiad on Artificial Intelligence will be held in Beijing, China next year.
