It has been more than 30 years since the establishment and development of the local self-governing body founded within the frame of the new Constitution of Mongolia. As a local government body, the Ulaanbaatar City Council fulfills its legal responsibilities and makes decisions to protect and promote the rights of citizens, business entities and investors of the capital city in accordance with their common interests.
