MAIN DUTIES The Department shall implement the following main functions. To organize procurement in accordance with the principles of transparency, competitiveness, efficiency, economy and responsibility in accordance with the law. To develop, approve and implement the procurement plan of the General Budget Manager. To approve the general procurement plan of the General Budget Manager through the State Procurement Electronic System, to amend the plan, to transfer authority and to approve the plan in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
