The Mongolian government has declared 2023-2028 as the "Visit Mongolia Year" and is implementing special policies and measures aimed at developing tourism in all four seasons. Artists from the USA, Russia, China, the Republic of Korea, the Czech Republic, the People's Republic of China, Malaysia, Mexico, and Yakutia are participating in the competition, and a total of 28 artists from 4 domestic and 10 foreign teams are carving and competing with their talents.
