The notary has developed a MEDIATION MODULE to send and mediate the declaration and related documents submitted by the applicant to the state registration authority to the state registration database at the request of the applicant, in accordance with legal requirements, based on an agreement with the state administrative body in charge of state registration.

  Training on introducing this development into the Electronic Notary System, sending it electronically to the State Registration Authority, and registering it was organized on April 5, 2025, jointly by the State Registration Authority, the Mongolian Chamber of Notaries, and "Interactive" LLC.

  The training was attended by U. Boldkhuu, Acting Head of the State Property Registry, B. Ariunbold, Head of the State Property Registry, state (senior) registrars, senior specialists, specialists, heads of departments of the state registration departments of the 6 districts of the capital city center, and notaries of the capital city districts. Heads of local state registration departments, capital city single service points, central state registrars, and local district notaries participated online.
