Memorandum of Understanding Signed with "ICT Group" JSC to Enhance Digital Public Services and Human Resource Development in the ICT Sector On May 27, 2025, the Public Electronic Service Regulatory Authority (PESRA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with “ICT Group” JSC to jointly advance human resource development in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector, improve the accessibility of public services for citizens, and enhance the knowledge and skills of local government employees.

 Participants in the signing ceremony included: Mr. P. Batbaatar, Director of the Public Electronic Service Regulatory Authority Mr. I. Khairatbek, Director of the Quality Control Division Mr. J. Ankhbayar, Director of the Cooperation and Customer Service Division Mr. G. Khatanbold, CEO of “ICT Group” JSC Mr. S. Byambajav, Manager of the Solutions and Development Division at “ICT Group” JSC and other relevant officials from both organizations. 

Under the theme "Improving the Quality of Life for Mongolians Through Technology", “ICT Group” JSC, through its network of over 80 affiliated companies in the fields of safety, healthcare, education, and ICT, will cooperate in the following areas: Supporting the activities of the “KHURDAN” club by implementing a mentorship program, developing a unified platform, and organizing competitions and events; Collaborating on nationwide programs and projects to improve digital literacy; Organizing professional training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of PESRA staff; Strengthening public-private partnerships to increase the accessibility of digital public services. This partnership represents a shared commitment to digital transformation and capacity building in Mongolia's public sector.
