Within the framework of Mongolia’s Regional Development Policy, Minister of Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg and Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, Enrique A. Manalo, exchanged notes verbales to implement an English language training program for the development of young professionals and capacity building of civil servants in rural areas of Mongolia, to be financed by the Government of the Philippines.
