The winners of the 2024 preparatory program of the "President's Message-2100" scholarship program, which will select one of the best graduates from each of Mongolia's 330 districts and capital committees, to study at world-renowned universities, have been announced.

Using the database of the Education Evaluation Center and the State Registration Office, the Educational Evaluation Center compiles a list of the best graduates of each category and committee, after checking the procedural criteria without human intervention.

The names of 338 children are announced based on the official letter No. 1/1289 of the Ministry of Education submitted by the Department of Education of the Capital and the Department of Education and Science of the provinces.

In 2024, there was a change in the "Procedures for awarding training scholarships named after the President of Mongolia".

Eligible students will enroll in state-owned universities and prepare for general academic and foreign language training.

It will also train communication skills, writing skills, the culture of the country of study, social responsibility, and community work.

Students who have successfully completed the preparatory program will decide which university in which country to study depending on the academic success and eligibility of the preparatory program.

Students who have qualified for the scholarship program will be contacted by the universities that will organize the preparatory program and provide instructions and information.
