The Mongolia-Poland Business Meeting was organized on August 27, 2025, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in cooperation with the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, within the framework of the “World Women Entrepreneurs Forum”.

During the meeting, B. Saruul, Secretary General of MNCCI, B. Zoljargal, Head of Research at the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) Foreign Trade Office in Mongolia, and K. Kowalska, Deputy CEO of the Export Credit Insurance Corporation of Poland (KUKE), delivered presentations on the business environments of Mongolia and Poland, as well as on export credit insurance services available for both countries.
As a result of this meeting, KUKE announced that it will further raise Mongolia’s risk rating from 6 to 5 starting October 1, 2025, thereby reducing insurance premiums for short-term transactions involving Mongolian clients. Although the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) recently upgraded Mongolia’s country rating from 7 to 6.

The meeting brought together Mongolian and Polish business representatives to discuss opportunities for future cooperation. From the Mongolian side, more than 20 organizations participated, including Khanbogd Cashmere, TESO Group, Bid Financial Institution, Gazar Shim, Organic Food Export, a company importing medical equipment and supplies, and manufacturing enterprises from Erdenet and Khuvsgul.
This meeting marks a concrete step toward achieving the goal of at least doubling the trade turnover between the two countries, as announced during the State Visit of the President of Mongolia, U. Khurelsukh, to the Republic of Poland on March 13–14, 2025.
