In preparation for the new academic year, the directors, training heads, managers, and social workers of 4 polytechnic colleges of vocational education, 32 general education schools, and 44 preschool kindergartens of the aimag are participating in the Conference to present the implementation of educational policies and decisions and goals. The Conference activities began in the afternoon with sectoral training seminars. In order to improve the understanding and knowledge of child protection policies and legal environment, and to provide professional guidance, experts from the aimag's Crime Prevention Coordination Council, the Department of Education, and the Department of Child and Family Development conducted training on the topics of "Child-Friendly Dormitories" and "School Culture-Activities to Support Student Development." The directors and managers of the Bayanchandman Polytechnic College of Vocational Education, the Polytechnic College in Tuv aimag, the Polytechnic College of Tuv aimag, and the Erdene Polytechnic Colleges affiliated with the State Agricultural University listened to the report of the previous year, the characteristics and changes of the upcoming academic year, and exchanged views on cooperation. 41 teachers and 28 methodologists from 38 state-owned and 3 non-state-owned kindergartens in 27 soums also received training from specialists from the Department of Education of the aimag on topics such as equal education for children, attention to food production and services, cooperation between volunteers, and implementation of the updated curriculum for the SOE.
