In order to obtain a new Mongolian driving license or to add a category, the citizen must have studied at a vehicle driver training institution/driving school or course/ and passed the driving license test of that category in accordance with the relevant regulations:

• • Photo These documents should be submitted to the examiner of the center in advance to order the driver's license through the 'E-Mongolia' platform.

If a citizen loses their driving license, needs to extend its validation date, or wishes to exchange an older version for a new one, they can directly submit an order request through the application.

The recent updates allow citizens to compare their information with civil registration data while checking and updating their details. Additionally, if a citizen holds a driving license and finds inaccuracies such as errors in name, surname, or blood type, they can easily correct the information, reorder, and obtain the license.

Please note that individuals who have been declared in the investigation fund of the police, who have unpaid non-cash fines, who have been disqualified due to a traffic accident or violation, who have been restricted, or who have expired points for violations, are unable to place an order.
