
M. Oyuntulga, Head of the Department of Conservation, Protection and Technology Research of the National Center for Cultural Heritage, D. Azzaya, Chief Technologist, and Ch. Javkhlan, Restoration Researcher, together with a research team led by Associate Professor T. Iderkhangai from the Institute of Nomad Archaeology of the National University of Mongolia, supervised the initial cleaning, restoration, and packaging of artifacts discovered during the archaeological excavation of the Xianbei period tomb in the Yeroo soum area of Selenge aimag from July 18 to July 21, 2025.
⛏⛏⛏ The Ministry of Culture, Sports, Tourism, and Youth is working on the transportation, preservation, and restoration of the artifacts, and the team of the Institute of Nomad Archaeology of the National University of Mongolia is working on the research. The budget required for the preservation, protection, and restoration of the artifacts is being calculated and a restoration plan is being developed.
